Apex Staffing provides staffing and workforce management services only.
   2.    Payment Terms
Payments are required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   3.    Worker Status
Workers remain under Apex Staffing’s employment or engagement unless stated otherwise.
   4.    Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide a safe and lawful working environment.
   5.    Limitation of Liability
Apex Staffing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
   6.    Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State
